The CNM Vision

Our vision is to offer the highest quality, current, real-world instructional experience for students and professionals to ensure each has the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to create effective, interesting, dynamic, and interactive new media applications by offering credit and non-credit classes in animation, digital photography, e-commerce, graphic design, illustration, multimedia, web design, web programming, and writing.

New media is the combination of user controlled interactivity, intuitive and visually appealing designs, striking graphics, photographs and illustrations, effective and appropriate content, and real time access to information.

The Center for New Media started from our strong reputation as the Graphic Communication program from classes teaching layout to graphic design for print-based production. Reacting to the industry demand for cross functional professionals, the Center united programs in business and information technology to form the true Center.
