Visual Communication
The business world is relying more upon visuals to communicate its message. The Visual Communication program combines developing design skills with knowledge of business principles and concepts along with communications technology. It is a cutting-edge, professionally focused degree which trains graduates to communicate visually in the business world. Specific training in animation and illustration is combined with core knowledge in business and applications programming.
An Associate's of Applied Science degree is available in Visual Communication.
Graduates of this program will be prepared for employment in several key areas which cross many industry lines. The main areas are analyst support, presentation designer, and visualizer. They would work with process and workflow analysis, user scenarios and profiles, product and process prototyping, proposal support, presentations, visualizing key business concepts and process flows, and communications support.
